David rosenblum

• Rosenblum joined Alliant in January 2004, only 2 months after the firm’s inception.  Rosenblum, who is originally from Huntsville, AL, began his career in real estate after graduating from Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN. In his 20+ years with Alliant, he has primarily focused on the Brokerage and Leasing of Retail and Office properties.  Rosenblum has also been involved with Alliant Partners, in the development of various Retail and Office projects throughout the middle Tennessee region.
