Deborah Lamping has extensive experience in site selection of medical office buildings. She leases over 204,310 square feet of medical space. Working in Nashville and the surrounding area, Lamping is well versed in comparable land prices and development issues from re-zoning to hiring civil engineers, architects and general contractors. She is keenly aware of local and national investment properties and cap rates, assisting small investors to build an adequate real estate portfolio. She also provides contacts for permanent lending.

Lamping has been with Alliant Commercial Realty Services from its inception, assisting with the development of sites for office and retail centers and working with city officials and project managers to bring utilities and services to the properties as they progressed. She has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial sales & leasing working with companies nationwide to fill commercial space.
