SITE SELECTION

Nicki has extensive experience in site selection for Retail Centers, Medical Office Buildings, Hotels, Restaurants and Multi Family. Working in all sections of Tennessee and the surrounding areas including Kentucky, Alabama, and Florida, she is well versed in comparable land prices and development issues from re-zoning to contacting and working with civil engineers, architects and general contractors, to determine if the properties are suitable for your commercial needs.

LAND DEVELOPMENT

Builders and mixed use developers are used to Nicki being the first to find large properties and sites that are not on the market but in desirable locations for new growth.

LEASING

Nicki works with developers and investors structuring leases and finding the right tenants to fill retail centers and office buildings in order to generate the best possible cash flow and cap rate for the owners.

INVESTMENTS

She is keenly aware of local and national investment properties and cap rates and has been involved in various TIC and REIT investment sales including a $14,000,000.00 Medical Office Building. She also provides contacts for permanent lending and questions on 1031 Tax exchange.

HISTORY

Nicki began her real estate career with Colliers Turley Martin Tucker in Nashville, Tennessee specializing in Retail site selection and Land development. She has over 20 years extensive history working in retail with big box stores and regional malls across the United States.
